Important Notice
CVMark does not offer refunds on subscription purchases after 2 hours from the time of purchase. This policy applies to all paid plans. Please review the plan details carefully before subscribing.
No Refund Policy
All subscription payments to CVMark are final and non-refundable after the 2-hour window from the time of purchase. This applies to all paid subscription plans currently offered on the platform (Pro and Max) regardless of billing frequency (monthly). Once the 2-hour period has passed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: accidental purchase, changed mind, unused features, dissatisfaction with service, or technical difficulties on your device.
2-Hour Window
If you believe you made an error in your purchase or have concerns about your subscription, you must contact us within 2 hours of completing the transaction. Requests made within this window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request assistance within the 2-hour window, open a support thread from your signed-in dashboard immediately: use Help (bottom-right on any dashboard page) after you sign in, and include your account email and transaction details. If you are not signed in, use Help & Support (dashboard).
Free Plan
The free plan is completely free of charge and has no billing associated with it. You can use the free plan indefinitely with its included feature limitations. There is no trial period for paid plans — when you subscribe to a paid plan, you are charged immediately. We encourage you to explore the free plan thoroughly before deciding to upgrade.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your account will remain active with paid features until the end of the current billing period. Your account will then automatically revert to the free plan. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Please note that cancellation is not a refund — it prevents future charges only.
Exceptions
The only exceptions to this no-refund policy are: (1) duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our end, which will be corrected immediately upon report; (2) charges made on a compromised account that was reported to us before the 2-hour window. In all other cases, the no-refund policy applies without exception.
